14 years ago I started in advertising as a Copywriter. Since then, I’ve become one of the most acclaimed creative leaders on the Czech market.

I’ve won over a hundred different awards, ranging from Zlatá Pecka to 15 Cannes Lions. I also made the Forbes list once (not for being rich, unfortunately).

I enjoy solving problems, formulating strategic insights, simplifying complexity, fighting the mundane with silliness, leading teamwork and sleeping.

Chief Creative Officer

2021-2023
Main clients (McDonald’s, Rossmann)Managing a multinational creative department of 20, I’ve helped DDB Prague win its first Cannes Lion, first Effie and become the top awarded agency at local ADC awards. I started teaching at University and became the first Czech awarding juror at the Cannes Lions festival.

Main clients (Erste, Pilsner Urquell)I was in charge of the department working on the agency’s biggest client, ERSTE bank. The communication we developed became a benchmark for creativity on the market. We also helped pass a law against child debt and shot two documentary movies.

Main clients (Apple)I can’t really provide more information about this one due to strict NDA policies. All I can say is that it taught me a lot about writing, hotel rooms in the US and made me realise having two jobs at once kind of sucks for your personal life.

Main clients (Staropramen, Generali)During this period I helped our agency win at Cannes multiple years in a row - an unprecedented achievement in the history of Czech advertising. I got my first team, tutored Miami Ad School exchange students and somehow made the #30under30 Forbes list.

Main clients (Vodafone, GE Money Bank)I came to Y&R to work on Vodafone and ended up winning a pitch for GE Money Bank (now Moneta). The chosen concept featured a grumpy cat which went on to become the bank’s mascot for the next 10 years. I also won the national round of Young Lions.

Main clients (Budweiser Budvar, Kooperativa)My first serious advertising job. I learned the ropes of conceptual thinking and storytelling. I got my first local and international award, met my long-term team partner and came up with a print ad that still makes it to the front page of Reddit today.

Many clientsI started teaching English as a second language while I was still in high school. I believe it helped me learn basic people and presentation skills. To this day, I am unafraid of any speaking assignment (as long as it’s not small talk in the elevator).
