Main clients (McDonald’s, Rossmann)Managing a multinational creative department of 20, I’ve helped DDB Prague win its first Cannes Lion, first Effie and become the top awarded agency at local ADC awards. I started teaching at University and became the first Czech awarding juror at the Cannes Lions festival.

Main clients (Erste, Pilsner Urquell)I was in charge of the department working on the agency’s biggest client, ERSTE bank. The communication we developed became a benchmark for creativity on the market. We also helped pass a law against child debt and shot two documentary movies.

Main clients (Vodafone, GE Money Bank)I came to Y&R to work on Vodafone and ended up winning a pitch for GE Money Bank (now Moneta). The chosen concept featured a grumpy cat which went on to become the bank’s mascot for the next 10 years. I also won the national round of Young Lions.

Many clientsI started teaching English as a second language while I was still in high school. I believe it helped me learn basic people and presentation skills. To this day, I am unafraid of any speaking assignment (as long as it’s not small talk in the elevator).
